Fishing Report Harlan Reservoir 3/21/18

Fish seemed to be pretty Lethargic at Harlan Res yet. Surface temp was just shy of 42 at 0800 and 45 at noon. Spoke with others and even the catfish bite has slowed. Lake was 7ft low compared to my lakemaster chart. Did not Mark anything along the dam or very many off breaks
